Please note that we integrate the personal data we collect in one way (e.g., 3S International Inc.'s website) with the personal data we collect through another way (e.g., offline events) by combining the personal data initially collected by different entities of 3S International Inc. This Notice applies to the personal data we collect from you or about you through the methods mentioned below (see section 2) and through the following sources:
1. 3S International Inc.'s website: The website operated by or for 3S International Inc., including websites we operate using our unique domain names/URLs, as well as small sites dedicated to specific purposes that we operate on third-party social media networks such as Facebook ("Websites").
2. 3S International Inc.'s mobile sites: Mobile sites directed to customers and operated by or for3S International Inc.
3. Emails, text messages, and other electronic communications: Electronic correspondence between you and 3S International Inc.
4. 3S International Inc.'s customer relations center: Calls to our customer relations center.
5. Offline registration forms: Printed registration forms and similar materials that we collect through promotional offers or other events.
6. Data from other sources: Social media networks and publicly available information.
2. Personal Data: We Collect About You and How We Collect It Depending on how you interact with 3S International Inc. (online, offline, via phone, etc.), we collect different types of information from you as outlined below. Personal contact data: This includes any information you provide to us that enables us to communicate with you, such as your name, mailing address, email address, social media account information, or phone number. Login information for your account: Any information requested to grant you access to your specific account and profile, including examples such as login ID/email address, username, non-recoverable password, and/or security question and answer.

Demographic information: Any information that describes your demographic or behavioral characteristics, including examples such as your date of birth, age or age range, gender, geographic location (such as postal code), and preferred systems.

Technical information related to computers/mobile devices: Any information about your computer system or other technological devices that you use to access our websites, such as the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer or device to the internet, operating system type, and web browser type and version. If you access the website of 3S International Inc. via a mobile phone, such as a smartphone, the collected information, to the extent permitted, may include your unique phone identifier, advertising ID, geographic location, and other similar mobile device data.

Website/communication usage information: When you browse our website or interact with our newsletters and engage with them, we use automated technologies to collect data in order to gather specific information about your activities. This may include the links you click on, the pages or content you view, the duration of your viewing, similar information, and statistics related to your interactions, such as the number of times you respond to content and any errors encountered during loading, and the duration of visits to specific pages. Customer feedback: This includes any information you voluntarily share with us about your experience using our systems and technical solutions.

User-generated content: Refers to any content you create and then share with us on social media networks or by uploading it to any of our websites, including using social media applications such as Facebook. Examples include photos, videos, personal stories, media, or similar content, as well as posts or messages you leave on our social media pages. We also collect and publish user-generated content related to various activities, including other promotional offers, community site features, customer links, and third-party social media.

Social media-related information: Refers to any information you share publicly on social media networks or information that is part of your profile on a third-party social media network (such as Facebook) and is shared with us by those social media networks. Examples include basic account information (such as name and email address, current geographic location), and other information or activities that social media networks allow us to share. We receive information from your social media profile (or a portion of it) each time you upload or interact with 3S International Inc.'s web application on a social media network such as Facebook, or each time you interact with us through social media. For more information about how 3S International Inc. obtains your information from third-party social media networks or if you choose not to share this information on social media networks, please visit the relevant social media network's website.

Payment and financial information: Any information we need to fulfill any request or that you use to make a purchase, such as detailed credit card information (cardholder name, card number, expiration date, etc.) or other payment methods, if available. We handle payment and financial information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, security standards, and also include all your banking information, such as your bank account number, IBAN, and the name of the bank where you hold your bank account. Outgoing calls to the customer relations center: Calls with the customer relations center may be recorded in compliance with local operational needs (for quality or training purposes), and in certain cases, for preserving proof of consent for direct marketing purposes and collecting customer data. Payment card data is not recorded. If required by law, you will be informed of such recording at the beginning of your call and have the opportunity to object.

Emails: We analyze your interactions with our content (e.g., email opens, clicks) to provide you with information based on your interests and preferences.

3. Cookies/Similar Technologies, Log Files:
Cookies/Similar Technologies: Please refer to our cookie notice for information on how you manage your cookie settings and for detailed information about the cookies we use and their purposes. Log Files: We collect information in the form of log files that record website activity and gather statistics related to your browsing habits. These entries are generated automatically and help us identify errors, improve performance, and maintain the security of our websites. Customization (Online and Offline): With your consent (when required), we use your personal data to:

In addition to the affiliated entities of 3S International Inc. (responsible for the operation of the "KPIs Control System") mentioned in the Data Controllers and Contacts section (see section 11), we share your personal data with the following types of third-party entities:
Service Providers: These are external companies we use to assist in the operation of our business (e.g., order fulfillment, payment processing, fraud detection, identity verification, debt collection, website operation, support services, promotional activities, website development, data analytics, customer relationship management, etc.). Only service providers and select personnel from our team are allowed access to your personal data and use it on our behalf to perform specific tasks as instructed by us. They are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal data. You can obtain a list of service providers processing your personal data, if required by applicable law (see section 11 for contacting us).
Credit Reporting Agencies/Debt Collectors: To the extent permitted by applicable law, credit reporting agencies and debt collectors are external companies we use to assist in verifying your creditworthiness (for invoice-related requests, in particular) or to collect outstanding invoices. Other Third Parties: Recipients who use your personal data for legal reasons or as a result of mergers/acquisitions. We disclose your personal data to other third parties for legal reasons or in the event of an acquisition or merger (see section 4 for details). We do not license or sell your personal data to other affiliated companies for their own marketing purposes unless you have consented to such use. 6. Retrieval of your personal data
According to applicable laws, we will use your personal data as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which your personal data was collected (as outlined in section 4 above) or to comply with legal requirements. Personal data used to provide you with a personalized experience (refer to section 4 above for details) will be retained for the duration permitted by applicable laws.

7. Disclosure, Storage, and/or Transfer of your personal data
We utilize various sources (as mentioned below) to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal data. Please note that these protections do not apply to information you choose to share in public forums such as social media networks. Persons with access to your personal data: Your personal data is processed by our authorized personnel as necessary to fulfill essential functions, based on the specific purposes for which your personal data was collected (e.g., our customer care team has access to customer records).

Measures in place in operational environments: We store your personal data in operational environments that utilize reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access. We adhere to appropriate data protection standards. However, transmitting information over the internet is not completely secure, and despite our best efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of data during transmission through our website. Measures expected from you: It is also important for you to play a role in keeping your personal data secure. When logging into an online account, ensure you choose a strong password that is difficult for others to guess and do not disclose your password to anyone else. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and any use of your account. Modification and deletion of personal data: According to the law, you, your successors, representatives, and/or agents have the right to:
(1) Request the deletion, correction, or revision of your personal data.
(2) Object to the processing of data.
(3) Restrict the use and disclosure of personal data.
(4) Withdraw consent to any of our data processing activities.

Please note that in certain cases, we may not be able to delete your personal data without also deleting your user account. We may also be required, under legal or contractual obligations, to retain some of your personal data even after a deletion request. Additionally, under applicable laws, we may be allowed to recover certain personal data to fulfill our business needs. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing communications, you may still receive administrative emails from us regarding requests, transaction confirmations, account activities (account confirmations, password changes, etc.), and other important notices.
