Technical support requests are received electronically to enhance the system's capabilities in line with the potential and requirements of business organizations, as well as their proposals for software and administrative solutions to improve operations. Additionally, technical consultations are provided for the "KPIs Control" system to all work centers operating under this system, with supervision and monitoring of the implementation of technical support requests in organizations in coordination with the Information Technology and Computer Center there.
Furthermore, technical processing of the system during updates and development, as well as resolving crises and issues faced by users, is done quickly and efficiently with a high level of professional creativity often required.
